Intrepid independent filmmaker, Zach is the Founder of Nischan Pictures, Inc. and winner of the Webby Award in 2006 for an innovative web documentary covering the untold stories of the devastating 2004 tsunami in Southeast Asia. Most recently his short documentary Awful Grace was an official selection at the Indianapolis International Film Festival.

Noreen Butler

Public Relations Director

Momtrepreneur, fitness guru, and innovator, Noreen is the Founder of CarpoolFitness and Co-Founder of The Clinical Recruiting Group. She has experienced firsthand the challenges faced by momtrepreneurs, and is committed to share true stories about real women to inspire, educate, and empower female entrepreneurs nationwide.

Chris Tran

Field Director

Chris is a professional fly-on-the-wall. When his hands aren’t attached to a camera, they are either double-fisting jack and cokes or high-fiving strangers on the street. With 10 years of experience under his belt, he continues to find interesting stories to film and share them with the world.

She has a wealth of experience in internal and external communications and has her own small production company, Smiles Productions, where she provides video editing, photography, and design services.

Graphic Designer & Animator

Nic DiPalma is an independent creative director and designer with over 15 years of experience in digital product development, web and mobile UX/UI, content strategy, motion graphics, video production, brand management, and team development. Nic’s clients include PBS, AOL, BET, ExxonMobil, Smithsonian Channel, Cars.com, as well as many start-ups, global brands, and non-profit organizations. In addition to running a successful consulting practice, Nic DiPalma Creative, he is listed as a creative resource in Y-Combinator’s design directory, a Silicon Valley incubator for digital entrepreneurs.

Ali Benjamin

Social Media Managing Assistant

Ali is a native of Montgomery County, Maryland and a lover of all things Washington D.C. She graduated from the University of Maryland in May of 2014, with a degree in Communications. Love and Business was a perfect stepping stone for her pursuit of a Masters degree in psychology. Ali had the privilege of interning in the entertainment industry, both in television and radio, and had wonderful experiences with both.
